Well, I had a nice write up in the May issue of Vintage Guitar magazine. In the editing process, they appear to have left out some of my more “profound” statements I had to offer the world, but it still came out quite nice. The “subheader’ stated that I had recorded and toured with Vince Gill and Mary J. Blige.
Well, I did do a couple T.V. shows, live performances, with each of those artists, but no tour, and no c.d. Thought I would clear that up. Grabbed that info off my webite bio, a bit hastily, I believe they did. I am still playing with Gino Vannelli. His new c.d. “Measure of a Man” is out, somewhere.
We (Gino Vannelli band) are going to Portland Or on April 9th for a live video shoot, then to Canada the 15th. I think we are to perform in Winnepeg and Regina. “big Canadian tour ay?!”

I am at the Baked Potato in los Angeles usually once a mont usually with J V Collier, Jeff Babko, Dave Hooper and Ronnie Guitierez, doing my stuff.

Giving a few lessons here and there, looking for the right publicist for my new c.d. “Falling Up” (any suggestions?)
Also I am working on some stuff with producer Danny Sabor (Stones, Madonna, U2, Seal). Danny and I are writing some cool stuff…we’ll see ……Just did a track with Beth Hart. She is amazing. and every thursday and Friday I am at Musician’s inst.
Oh, I am playing in Portalnd Or at the Cathedral park Jazz Fest on July 19th. That’s with the Allen Hinds group…..heard of him?
Then to Japan and maybe Korea in Sept. for clinics and gigs…..
I will try to keep you all posted a little bit more often….in between work and the tennis courts….rough life, huh?
